ALBANY – MAKE INFRASTRUCTURE FUNDING A PRIORITY!

Every day, New Yorkers rely on roads and bridges to SAFELY get them to work, back home and to various other destinations. It has been consistently documented that this infrastructure is falling into various states of disrepair, collectively costing New York drivers billions in vehicle repairs and wear and tear.

By increasing funding for the New York State Department of Transportation Capital Program and the Consolidated Local Street and Highway Improvement Program (CHIPS), New York State can address these critical infrastructure needs, keep drivers safe AND create good, career-track jobs in the construction industry for working New Yorkers.

New Yorkers deserve well-maintained, safe, reliable roads and bridges and family-sustaining career opportunities. Tell Albany – make infrastructure funding a priority this legislative session!
